Part 1: What is a Commercial Photography Contract?

A commercial photography contract is a legitimate consensus of the terms and conditions of both the service provider and the client, with regards to photographing a product, location, service, or an entity, for the purpose of promotion, marketing, and advertising, to attract commercial profit.

Since the images are mainly used for selling and advertising a product, it is essential to hand over the task to a professional who is a pro and has spent years honing their craft.
