Montana Statutory Form Power Of Attorney : Customize, Finish and forward

hello again it's me Paul Freeman from.the cells Freeman law firm in Houston.Texas I am back again today to continue.my series on important legal documents.that you should have in place during.this Kovach 19 pandemic earlier this.week I talked about why having this.these documents in place is important.and how you can now get these documents.notarized remotely so you don't have to.risk going out and finding a notary.public to sign them in front of yes the.day before yesterday it was Tuesday and.I talked about having an advance.directive yesterday I talked about.having a medical power of attorney and.today I'm talking about having a.statutory durable power of attorney.that's a legal document that you use to.authorize another person to act on your.behalf in financial matters and other.legal matters so the importance of.having this document in place before you.need it is if you are somehow.incapacitated you need to be able to.have someone you trust who can step into.your shoes and make financial decisions.while you're incapacitated now there are.some risk there in appointing another.person to have your power of attorney.and so you shouldn't give that power of.attorney to just anybody it should be.someone that you trust and someone that.has your best interest at heart okay if.you grant that power of attorney and.that person has your best interest in.heart then they can use it to assist you.while you're incapacitated and that's.why it's important to have it in place.before you need it by the time you.really need aspect.satori durable power of attorney it can.be too late to create one especially.elderly people who are starting to.suffer signs of dementia or Alzheimer's.they're the ones who are most at risk if.they don't have that document in place.before they start losing their memory.then they can lose capacity to have it.in the first place or another example is.if you're in an accident or if you.suffer a sudden illness and you are.incapacitated you can't go to the bank.anymore you can't even you don't even.have the the physical capacity to use a.cell phone to log into your bank app.you're you're unconscious or whatever.the reason may be if you don't have.someone who is authorized to do those.things for you your property can be at.risk if automatic payments keep going.through and you're not even home to.enjoy or use those automatic payments.your Netflix subscription that can be.put on hold for awhile if you're in the.hospital.if those payments keep going through and.you don't have someone authorized with a.power of attorney it can waste your.estate they can waste your property so.our law firm has made form available for.you to download from our website so you.can create your own statutory durable.power of attorney and here's what that.form looks like.like I said it's available on our.website cells Freeman comm I'm just.gonna pull here on the screen there we.go the first page is the instructions.okay it has instructions for filling it.out and for signing it you'll want to.read through all the instructions and.then when you come down here to start.signing you'll notice the first section.is about you you can only create this.document for yourself okay start with.your full legal name and your address.the next section is about the person you.are appointing to act on your behalf.again this should be someone that you.trust someone that has your best.interests at heart.the third section is for an alternate.agent so if the first person that you.designate cannot serve in that capacity.if they pass away if they resign if they.become legally disabled again this is a.document that you want to have in place.before you'll ever need it and so if you.have this document in place.and time goes by you want to be able to.have an alternate in place in the event.that you need to use this document but.your primary agent is no longer.available this fourth section is where.you can designate what type of financial.and legal matters your agent can take.care of on your behalf okay so for.example if you really only want to.designate someone who can deal with your.real estate your real property if you.have a house that you're about to sell.or if you have a house that you plan on.selling or transferring to someone in.the future you can just designate your.power of attorney for this real property.transactions now if you want someone to.handle all of these type of financial.and legal matters you just go down here.to the letter O and place your initials.next to that line okay so take your time.read through these types of financial.matters and legal.shoes that you are granting to your.power of attorney your agent under this.power of attorney and make sure that the.person you're designating is up to the.task they can handle those things for.you and you can trust them to do a good.job.finally you can play some additional.instructions if there are particular.things about your property that you want.handled a certain way you can add those.instructions here.if there are things you don't want them.to do with your property add those.instructions there and finally the.signature block speaks for itself.and you can have it and you need to have.it notarized ok if you print it out and.want to have it notarized in person you.can do that that's an option if you want.to have it notarized remotely we are.offering that service through our.website here on our web page you can see.you can request a remote notarization.this does require that you have a webcam.and that your web browsers are up to.date.so just provide us your name and contact.information we will have to verify your.identity and you'll need to provide a.driver's license and you'll be asked.some questions back to credit history so.make sure that you meet all these.qualifications and we can validate your.identity and you can tell us what time.is convenient for you and we'll do our.best to accommodate that so I hope this.video was helpful and that you are.encouraged to create your statutory.durable power of attorney because of how.helpful it can be when you really need.it it it's not necessarily a fun thing.to do to think about when if your going.to be disabled but I can't tell you how.many times I've had people come to me.wishing they had a power of attorney.before a loved one became disabled.because at that point the only solution.may be a full guardianship and and.that'll be the topic of another video.but for now you can visit our website.sales Freeman comm and download this.power of attorney document and stay.tuned for tomorrow when I will be back.on YouTube live streaming about a last.will and testament we also have that.forum available on our website and I.will.be talking about the instructions for.how to fill out that document as well.thanks again for watching be sure to.subscribe share this video if you have a.question leave it in the comments we.can't necessarily give legal advice but.we can provide some information that may.be helpful to your case again I'll see.you tomorrow and thanks for watching.

Can power of attorney in fact forms be filled out and authorized completely online?

Most likely they will not be binding. When acting on behalf of my parents or in-law's I needed to submit notarized copies of the original notarized documents to each and every business and caregiver. Sometimes several times.

Can a power of attorney document be filled out with an online signature?

Not in Arizona and several other states as POAs need to be notarized in person and I'm very sure that is the case in every state since POAs can be very powerful legal documents. You need to talk to an attorney to see if you actually need a POA. Perhaps the proper language can be added to your existing contract to fulfill your needs. The usual IANAL disclaimers apply.

How can I fill out Google's intern host matching form to optimize my chances of receiving a match?

I was selected for a summer internship 2016. I tried to be very open while filling the preference form: I choose many products as my favorite products and I said I'm open about the team I want to join. I even was very open in the location and start date to get host matching interviews (I negotiated the start date in the interview until both me and my host were happy.) You could ask your recruiter to review your form (there are very cool and could help you a lot since they have a bigger experience). Do a search on the potential team. Before the interviews, try to find smart question that you are Continue Reading

How do I fill out the form of DU CIC? I couldn't find the link to fill out the form.

What happens to all of the paper forms you fill out for immigration and customs?

Years ago I worked at document management company. There is cool software that can automate aspects of hand-written forms. We had an airport as a customer - they scanned plenty and (as I said before) this was several years ago... On your airport customs forms, the "boxes" that you 'need' to write on - are basically invisible to the scanner - but are used because then us humans will tend to write neater and clearer which make sit easier to recognize with a computer. Any characters with less than X% accuracy based on a recognition engine are flagged and shown as an image zoomed into the particular character so a human operator can then say "that is an "A". This way, you can rapidly go through most forms and output it to say - an SQL database, complete with link to original image of the form you filled in. If you see "black boxes" at three corners of the document - it is likely set up for scanning (they help to identify and orient the page digitally). If there is a unique barcode on the document somewhere I would theorize there is an even higher likelihood of it being scanned - the document is of enough value to be printed individually which costs more, which means it is likely going to be used on the capture side. (I've noticed in the past in Bahamas and some other Caribbean islands they use these sorts of capture mechanisms, but they have far fewer people entering than the US does everyday) The real answer is: it depends. Depending on each country and its policies and procedures. Generally I would be surprised if they scanned and held onto the paper. In the US, they proably file those for a set period of time then destroy them, perhaps mining them for some data about travellers. In the end, I suspect the "paper-to-data capture" likelihood of customs forms ranges somewhere on a spectrum like this: Third world Customs Guy has paper to show he did his job, paper gets thrown out at end of shift. ------> We keep all the papers! everything is scanned as you pass by customs and unique barcodes identify which flight/gate/area the form was handed out at, so we co-ordinate with cameras in the airport and have captured your image. We also know exactly how much vodka you brought into the country. :)
