functions let's begin with.going to the Douglas Elliman property.management website at wwlp.com when the.page displays scroll to the bottom of.the page to find and click on the RT 7s.link you will be brought to the RT 7s.sign-in page to login simply enter your.username your password and use the drop.down list to select the database in.which you would like to log into if you.do not have credentials please send an.e-mail to yardie support at Elliman p.m..comm if you should ever forget your.password simply use the forgot password.link on the login page and the site will.email you a password reset link to the.email address associated with your user.profile.please note upon initial login the site.will force you to reset your password.the password you choose must be at least.8 characters long.once you have successfully logged in you.will be brought to the main dashboard.page the dashboard will automatically.populate the data for the very first.building number available to you in the.property list you have access to to.display data for another property simply.enter the property code in the search.box and click go you will notice that.when you begin typing the system will.begin to auto index this is one of the.new features that you already has.implemented throughout the site you may.also use it in the search for items in.the menu search box above the menu set.say you wanted to review an owner and.couldn't remember where in the menu you.had seen the option simply begin typing.o WN and results will display for.anything that has the letters O WN.another feature is the favorites tool.say you often run a review payables and.would like to mark it as your favorite.so that you do not need to navigate the.menu set each time simply right-click on.the item from the menu and click add to.favorites the system will place the item.under your favorites indicated under the.star on the top of the page next to the.star you will also see a clock icon this.is your history button let's say you.found a bank report earlier and now you.wanted to go back to it and it is not.flagged as one of your favorites.click on the history icon and you can.see the bank director report is.available for me to select focusing back.on the dashboard once you have entered.the property number you would like to.review the.becomes an interactive tool in which you.can drill down to review more details as.well as jump to screens to review.property unit and even owner specific.details using 25:36 in example you can.see that there is one property and there.are 20 units associated within this.building if you click on the unit.hyperlink you will see the unit.breakdown based on unit type you may.click on the number of units for the.unit type you would like to review and.all of these units assigned to that unit.type will display again you may drill.down further by clicking on the.individual unit to navigate to the unit.screen where you may see who is.associated with the unit as well as the.unit detail and demographics you can see.here that this is the owner occupant and.some information about the unit back in.the dashboard you can also quickly see.how many units are owner occupied and.how many if any may have tenants in the.unit note that sub tenants are no longer.notated in the memo of the owners.resident account each tenant has an.account of their own that is associated.to the unit the owner is made as an.owner of an absentee and the tenant has.an account ledger of their own so that.reports may be accurate and available to.run as needed you can also see this on.the dashboard there is one tenant in.this building looking at their account.you can see that the actual owner of the.unit is noted as an owner absentee and.then you have the tenant information.with their move-in date and move out.terminology has also been changed a bit.with the new condo co-op dashboard and.database unit owners are referred to as.owners in the database and no longer.residents to review a unit owner you.would navigate to the condo co-op HOA.selection on the menu set click on that.and then click review owner you may also.navigate to an owner page using the.dashboard as you just saw all of the.owners or tenants in the building will.show up in the box on the right side of.the screen again you can use auto.indexing here by beginning to type in a.last name or any type of letters that.are associated with an owner or tenant.and your results will be filtered the.ledger for the owners can be found under.the functions one thing to note about.the ledger is this from filter box when.you first log in most likely will be set.to current month and you can see that.the ledger will be a lot shorter and a.lot less detailed we suggest that you.change it to all once you change this to.all once you'll never have to change it.again the system will remember your.input however if you do happen to change.this looking at another ledger for.another owner the system again will.remember the entry and will apply this.filter to any other ledger that you.review so just bear in mind that you may.want to set this to all so that all the.details of the ledger from when the data.was loaded will display.reports can still be found on the left.menu set there are some differences.though for example a rent rule report.would not be running condo co-op.database for owners because they are not.renters try and own a register report.again you can use the auto indexing and.find under reports the owner register.you can also find it just by using the.many set when running this report you.will be able to see all of the owners.and tenants in the building and their.shares going back home if you are.looking for a aged receivables report it.can be found under the receivable.analytics another place where it can be.found which is super helpful is right on.your dashboard by clicking on either the.AR summary or the AR details.AR summary will give you a summary of.all the aged receivables for the.building an AR detail will give it the.same report broken down by owner you can.quickly see the report displayed below.and use this Excel export button to.export the report from your tea into an.Excel spreadsheet same goes for the AP.age age Rossio payables report you can.see it under the AP summary or the AP.details this concludes our quick.introduction to yardie 7s.should you have any questions please.feel free to send us an email.I already support at LM and p.m. comm.thank you for watching.
