For which Forms you Need to Hire a Contractor?

Form W-9
The contractors need to fill out a Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number, and Certification, which they are supposed to keep for at least four years after the hiring.
This form is utilized to request the correct name and Taxpayer Identification Number, or TIN, of the employees or their entity. A TIN can be a Social Security Number (SSN), or an Employer Identification Number (EIN). Just ensure that the contractor checks the box that excludes him from tax withholding.
A Written Contract
A contract should be made by an attorney and highlights the project and its projected results, the project fee, and the date of results. The contract should also have the below things clear:
The client will not pay or hold back taxes or benefits contributions.

Form 1099-MISC
