How to use The Printable Miscarriage Discharge Papers Form ?

okay a word of warning I'm going to be.sharing some graphic details during this.video of what I experienced during my.miscarriage now if you think you may be.miscarrying then it's important to know.what to expect.that being said of course not every.miscarriage will be even like mine but.hopefully this will give you a clearer.idea and save you hours of searching.means and that far answers to your.questions so you're going to come on the.journey with me but if you're keen to.skip to specifics on missed miscarriage.on medical management's incomplete.miscarriage or II RPC procedures which.is evacuation of remaining products of.conception or if you want a more.detailed description of the motions of a.miscarriage then the timestamps are here.on the screen for you to jump straight.into okay so firstly I'm 38 years old.miscarriage is obviously a bigger risk.factor for women over 35 my first.pregnancy during which I did experience.bleeding within the first trimester did.lead to the healthy birth of my son in.September 2018 seven months later I felt.pregnant again but I miscarried.spontaneously around 10 weeks in and my.miscarriage experience then was very.similar to my miscarriage experience.this time around now three months after.that miscarriage we found out that we.were pregnant again.of course I was a little bit nervous.about this one so just before I hit.seven weeks I was keen to see my little.baby.[Music].after that scan I have this sense of.disappointment that I just couldn't.shake off I felt like I'd seen an empty.sack but I was still experiencing all.the pregnancy symptoms so there was no.reason for me to feel unnerved.but with Christmas approaching my.curiosity got the better of me and a few.weeks later on the 20th of December I.went for another scan good morning and.today is my first Midwife appointment it.was at this point in my last pregnancy.why it started to miscarry and it was.really awkward being at the appointment.because it was an exciting appointment.because you're talking about your.preferences and where you're gonna have.your baby and all that kind of stuff and.and and all that but I didn't know.whether the pregnancy was going to.continue because at that time I was.bleeding I was cramping and and it was.it was quite uncertain feeling quite.sick in the moment um this time.unfortunately things have all gone wrong.again I woke up on Friday morning and I.had a lymph node gland under my arm.swollen you know they come up sometimes.rarely but sometimes and it's quite.painful and normally they can't because.they're fighting an infection or a virus.and I usually feel quite unwell when it.happens but I didn't feel unwell I just.had the glands swollen and I wondered.what was going on in my body to cause.this and swelling and so hmm and so I.thought you know I'm just gonna book.another scan because on that first scan.of course they weren't able to verify.the pregnancy and I thought I've been.quite anxious anyway and so I booked.another scan and I went for the scan on.Friday afternoon and the sonographer.started and I just thought any moment.now.all my anxiety is gonna melt away and.we're gonna see the screen turn on and.he's gonna show me the baby.but he didn't he um he hesitated and.then he said he needed to do some what.measurements and I looked at Nick and.Nick looked at me and we both just knew.and then he said unfortunately nothing's.changed since the last time you were.here and I can't see the baby or the.heartbeat or anything and so this is.what is called a missed miscarriage or.maybe a silent miscarriage and so my.body still thinks I'm pregnant but the.baby is not there the baby hasn't.continued to grow and and so um mmm I.said I have an appointment at the.hospital on Monday and he said please.keep that appointment so I'm here now.just waiting to go in and see the.Midwife I don't know what they can do at.this point on this appointment but and.I'm here again tomorrow for my actual.confirmation scan and to be given the.options of what to do next so I'm gonna.go for this appointment now I'll let you.know how it goes.really sucks it's also Christmas Eve.tomorrow so this is really really bad.timing.okay I'm back and I have pups and I was.actually sent up from my appointment it.didn't turn out to be a waste of time.they sent me from the maternity unit.reception where I burst into tears.dramatically at the desk and said look.I'm having a miscarriage I don't know.why I'm here this pointless booking in.for my pregnancy when it's not.continuing and so they sent me straight.up to the early pregnancy unit and.they've fitted me in I had a very long.thorough scan and had second opinions.what they've discovered is on the.previous scans the embryo wasn't visible.at all what they've discovered is the.embryo is now visible and whether it's.because they were just more thorough I.don't know or if it's because the embryo.is growing a tiny chance that could be.the case I doubt it so they cannot.obviously go ahead and help me progress.the miscarriage until they know for.certain that the baby is definitely not.there so I have to wait a week go back.and see if there's any changes or any.growth if it is okay then that's.worrying because baby is only measuring.it like three and a half four weeks tiny.and I'm supposed to be nine weeks so.that's a concern they have had one case.where they predicted a missed.miscarriage and it went on to be a.healthy pregnancy but it does make me.very nervous of course it would be.amazing if I wasn't going through this.but I also I want to have a healthy.happy baby and I don't want to have a.pregnancy fraught with with problems and.so I have to wait have to wait until a.week from now to get a rescan and in the.meantime they have seen a hematoma which.wasn't present on my previous scan so it.suggests the breakdown is already.happening and then I could miscarry over.the next few days tomorrow is Christmas.Eve this is just typical so they've.given me pots to collect for.investigations if it does happen and and.this time I have an information sheet.which is really helpful I didn't have it.last time to tell me what to expect when.to do what to went a good Hospital yeah.last up so just keep you updated and.what happens.[Music].[Applause].[Music].okay it's now New Years Eve Eve and I've.just returned from the hospital so it's.been a week since then our scam nothing.has happened I've continued to have.pregnancy symptoms in sick had terrible.headaches really bad headaches I did.start to feel like my bloated tummy was.decreasing a little bit and I actually.put my belt back on my jeans which I'd.taken off a few weeks ago because it's.getting too uncomfortable so where I had.gained a little bit of hope that perhaps.the pregnancy was okay I was definitely.ready today to hear the confirmation.that the pregnancy is gone and sure.enough I have a scan and you can see.that the pregnancy occurs breaking down.the embryo has only grown a millimeter.so that's definitely all finished and.yeah the pregnancy sac which is normally.a nice circular shape is all.wibbly-wobbly so it's all starting to.degrade and I wasn't really sad to hear.the news I think because I've had so.long now to process the information I'm.just ready to start afresh now I'm ready.to just clear this one away and get.better feel better and and start again I.think because this baby didn't really.start I didn't feel as attached I never.saw a heartbeat and I don't think ever.had a heartbeat um yeah I think when you.have that sense that it's all doomed.from quite early on anyway it's ER it.doesn't come as such a shock really.anyway so I was then given three options.by the nurse there I can either go home.and miscarry at some point in the future.but it can take weeks and it's already.been three weeks and my body's doing.nothing so I didn't really want to take.that option because it's just this awful.waiting game the second option is to.have medical management where they set.you off.but you.go home and it all happens at home and.you just keep in touch with them if you.need help and advice or you can have an.operation which is like a DNC where they.go in and basically suck new suction to.bring everything out there are risks.with all of them but I didn't really.like the risks involved with the surgery.they talked about a certain syndrome.where there's scarring inside the womb.which means it can take four or five.months to to treat that so it could be.four or five months of not having a.cycle and that takes time out of your.fertility journey and so I didn't want.to do that and there's also obviously.the risk of having it an anaesthetic.they put you to sleep for it so there's.the risks involved with that and there.was another risk that they talked about.which I can't quite remember Oh a risk.of perforating the uterus and although.she said it's very rare when I asked how.many cases they see I think they said.they saw a couple of year and yeah I.just don't like the I don't like the.odds so I just decided I don't want to.have the surgery although that seems.like it's the quickest route to being.clear of a failed pregnancy and so I.decided to do the medical management so.they have given me four tablets with.vagina Lee.so they've inserted four tablets put.them right next to my cervix and they've.sent me home with more tablets I got to.take in the morning and then at noon.tomorrow.the side-effects of these tablets could.be sickness and diarrhea so they've.given me tablets to deal with diarrhea.and how's it still is sickness good it's.not bad enough already.um but it is not it's a common side.effect but doesn't affect everyone so.hopefully I won't have to deal with that.and they've given me loads of paperwork.and things.to to go through apparently.they say although some people start with.the miscarriage to start bleeding within.a few hours.they say usually you're looking at 48 72.hours before things get moving but I.have to say within an hour of having the.tablets inserted I'm starting to feel.crampy I would like it all to be over.within 24 hours of course you'll keep.bleeding for up to three weeks but the.main the main pregnancy loss once you.get up to up to speed it'll be about.three hours three hours of proper.contractions three hours of heavy heavy.bleeding and clots and then you'll just.go to like a normal period that will.last for a week two weeks three weeks.the last time I think I bled for ten.days so it's just a waiting game now.come home I've had a bit of lunch I.bought some more maternity pads my.experience of a miscarriage last time.was literally I went through these so.quick I also have incontinence knickers.so they're like full-on nappies for.adults they have been a godsend in.pregnancy so with bleeding you have.after pregnancy and for my last.miscarriage so I've got those ready to.go again.I bought some paracetamol and codeine.you can get these over-the-counter at.pharmacies you have to limit how many.you have because they can they can be.quite addictive they're very strong but.I know from last time that the pain when.the full labor kicks in it's quite it's.quite painful so I don't normally like.taking tablets by where we're taking.those and yeah that's in it so I'm just.gonna sit in front of the TV.try and stay happy and try and get this.awful awful experience out of the way as.quickly as possible with minimal minimal.trauma this time hopefully I'm feeling.theory again okay so yes I will keep you.updated.three hours since I have been necessary.and I started bleeding cramping a little.bit of nicholae discomfort in my back I.think so it's a four o'clock now and it.started I'm I'm cramping like like more.like contracting and you can tell us it.comes in waves and it's something you.have to kind of breathe through a little.bit so it's not like debilitating at the.moment but it's definitely noticeable.then it wears off and then a little.while later another one will come and.I've got the chills as well really.shaking at the moment and started.passing big claws ah quite crap it's.gonna be my most so I'm just gonna just.sit down and just drink some water try.and rest but get through the next three.hours it's supposed to last for about.three hours.let's go obviously on the other side.[Music].[Music].hi um I was sent home yesterday with.medical management for a Miss.miscarriage I spotted a bit of advice.yeah I still obviously had the pessary.while I was there and then within about.2 or 3 hours it all kind of started.bleeding and was getting cramps and the.cramps got really bad around 11 o'clock.at night and I've passed a couple of.little clots but the bleeding has pretty.much come to a stop and I've taken the.extra Stoppers I had a miscarriage in.August and it was a lot of it's just I.was just trying to figure out if I could.leave the house but maybe I should go.too far from home.okay all right thanks for your advice.thank you I know good morning we are now.on day four since I took the mr..apostille medication to help me to.miscarry yesterday on Wednesday I felt.like everything had almost completely.stopped I was barely bleeding.I have no cramps kind of just felt.normal I felt like I had quite a lot of.energy and I was concerned that that was.it even though the hospital said you.know give it time about to five days in.a week maybe today this morning I have.started bleeding heavier I would still.wouldn't say it was heavy it's still.quite moderate just like a normal period.a little bit of plotting also a little.bit of cramping so I feel like today.could be the day when the real bleed.stars because I think with any.miscarriage obviously you have to pass.the pregnancy sack and stuff which I.think I passed on the first day and then.there should be a lot of blood there.should be a few hours at least a really.heavy bleeding because you've got a lot.of lining there that was there to.protect pregnancy so that's what I'm.expecting today so I'm just having a day.at home again but just catching up with.some work today.okay we just hit midday I'm doing a.little bit of work and starting to get.back ache and krantz.nothing bad at the moment but the.backache is definitely making me glad.that I received a standing desk for my.Christmas present from Nick it I think.feels more comfortable to be standing.than to be sitting down at the moment.I'm anticipating it getting a little.worse and over the next few hours but.I'll keep you updated.so that evening it all kicked off this.is exactly what I experienced with both.of my miscarriages.so the cramps turned into contractions.and for me the difference seems to be.the pain that starts in the back and it.comes through the hips and it's like a.pressure that just ramps up and you find.yourself.heavy breathing or panting in order to.manage the sensations and then it passes.and then it returns again a few moments.later for me at its worst I was on all.fours.on the floor telling my partner took out.his hands off me he was being very.helpful trying to rub my back because if.my back was hurting but when the.contractions came I was just like just.back off I need I need space don't touch.me and then at some point during these.contractions I got the urge to go to the.loo is like a pressure in the bottom it.was stronger in my first miscarriage I.really thought I needed to go for a poo.and I ran to the loo and before I got.there this time I just passed a piece of.tissue that was approximately four to.five centimeters wide and about ten.centimeters long so it's like a sausage.basically now this wasn't a blood clot.and I had the same with my first.miscarriage I passed what was like a.tennis ball it was much more round the.first time and had like had like a.string almost I thought the first time.it was the pregnancy sack but it was far.too big to be the pregnancy snack they.said at the hospital it was just like.skin and fibrous stuff so I don't know.but it was hard to pass because it was.large and it was firm so after I passed.that the contractions continued and they.went on for about an hour.I was passing blood clots every 5 to 10.minutes now the clots are not like the.clots you'd get with a normal period.which is usually small maybe like a 5.pence piece kind of size these are much.larger they usually well for me they.they were around 4 to 6 centimeters and.they were coming.every five to ten minutes now to give.you an idea of what they look like.here's some plum tomatoes an hour after.I passed this large fibrous mass I.realized that I'd soaked through six.maxi pads.now the advice is if you soak through.one regular pod in 30 minutes seek.medical advice my heart rate was also.jumping up to over a hundred beats per.minute I can actually show you via my.Fitbit what my heart rate was doing that.particular evening and it got up to.close to 132 beats per minute at one.point so we panicked and called the.hospital and we were advised to go in.okay so it's 20 to 11 and we are on.route to the hospital.cannot guarantee so the Lord will get.there and everything will be like a tap.turned off.was different with this one to my last.one is that after was like two big drops.of cloths the bleeding that hasn't.really stopped and they say if you've.soaked.well this different advice some people.say cert one had regular part in less.than an hour that's considered an.accessory because you got advice and the.advice I got from the Jasmine in it was.if you soak I've had in less than 30.minutes and now I've got 36 pads in just.over an hour so.I definitely cause it's a concern and my.heart rates being over 100 a few times.say we're just gonna go over to the.hotel now just her.check that evan is okay.don't be too late there so having done.this before going to A&E mid miscarriage.I knew it was sensible this time to take.a spare set of trousers a huge pack of.sunk to towels and a few pairs of.knickers with me but during our wait in.any me I had a number of clot drops.which is just humiliating in a waiting.room full of strangers obviously they.didn't know what was going on but it's.just awful isn't it you feel like you're.wetting yourself you feel like you're.going into the toilet in a public place.it's awful anyway as soon as the cubicle.was available I had a cannula inserted.into my hand and they took lots of blood.to go off and test and then I was taken.to a room on the A&E ward here the.bleeding continued as did the clot drops.and finally a doctor came in asked if.she could do an internal exam to which.of course I agreed she used one of those.speculums I think that's what they're.called but she struggled to see my.cervix because there was just too much.blood so then a second doctor came a.little later and wanted to do an.internal again and this time she used.gauze to clear away all the blood and.she saw that there was tissue stuck in.the opening of my cervix she tried to.remove it but she couldn't and this was.the first indication of an incomplete.miscarriage now an incomplete.miscarriage is basically where your body.cannot expel all of the pregnancy tissue.and so you continue to bleed as it tries.to rid your uterus of this tissue so.it's now.it's now it's past 1:00 still in any.waiting when it's earth ops we're gonna.check if I'm still heavy bleeding if I.am then I've gotta go for an operation.tonight I packed an orange in my pocket.I'm not allowed to eat it because I had.to learn how an operation.[Music].I got to breakfast yeah this has been.nightmare worse than my first.miscarriage for sure.[Music].I was then wheeled up to a ward and I.was lucky enough to get a private room I.was put on a drip and examined once.again at this point it seemed like the.bleeding was slowing and so the doctors.decided to wait until the morning when.they would scan me and so I was left to.try and sleep and this for me was the.worst part of the night I felt so wiped.out so weak my blood pressure was quite.low and the bleeding did come back again.but now I'm attached to a drip so I.would have to wheel my drip to the.toilet and try to deal with the mess.while feeling like I was going to pass.out and had a few moments of actually.lying on the floor of the toilet pulling.on the emergency cord for help to get me.back into my bed now by the morning my.heber going my hemoglobin levels were.around 9:00 which I'm not quite sure.what that represents but a normal level.should be like 12 and above minor.dropped to nine and once you hit eight.then you're given a blood transfusion in.fact from my scan my scan showed that.they're still tissues and blood clots.and things in the wound and so the.doctors just come to see me and.basically I'm gonna go down have a Deans.emergency teams here today now I say DNC.here but what I actually had was an ERP.C which stands for evacuation of.retained products of conception so.they'll put me in during such a potent.sleep and basically go in and suck.everything out I haven't eaten since.dinner last night and I'm starving had.to go possible breakfast trolleys hey it.was Georgia I'm hoping the list will be.quite short and I get seen this morning.so I can eat I'm feeling really wiped.out I bled so much last night yeah so.wish me luck for the operation let's.hope that I don't have any more issues I.see on the other side.[Music].[Music].all done stuffing a little bit shaky who.is sick I have just eaten so lunch.mm-hmm I came back about and I went a.half ago apparently all went fine my.blood count was low but they didn't need.to do it but I transfer you anything was.just good so now they're just giving me.a drip for potassium.I'm trying to get my blood pressure up.I should be over about four hours and.then hopefully go home that'd be nice.and Jacob came in with daddy briefly to.come to see me but it's not a place for.toddlers to be causing troubles so sent.them off and then daddy I'll come and.pick me up around 4 o'clock gosh I hope.if they let me go.so it's all done now apparently I should.be experiencing bleeding for a little.while still but nothing like what I've.been going through up to now so maybe.happy that it's all over and done with.and I could just focus now on getting.strong getting better and trying again.back on the settle as it were so I was.released that afternoon with some iron.tablets to take for two weeks the.bleeding stopped within a few days so.today is Monday it's three days since.the up and I feel okay I'm wiped out.I've got headaches and occasionally I'm.getting twinges in my time but otherwise.I feel okay I wasn't given any advice.regarding when it's safe to try again I.do have to take a pregnancy test in a.few weeks to check everything is clear.but otherwise there are no instruction.was given so I've done some research.I've read a lot forums of blood read a.lot of articles.generally there's a lot of old advice.about waiting after any miscarriage for.three months or six months depending.what you read but more current reports.from like the miscarriage Association.from the NHS say you don't have to wait.with an ER PC or whether DNC or any of.the kind of surgical procedures I don't.know if you should wait a little bit.longer just to replenish the lining of.your uterus I think it's wise to make.sure that you're physically well again.that you've replenished your nutrients.if you've had blood loss like I have to.replenish to all your iron levels and.everything I think that's wise but.otherwise I've read lots of forums where.many women have said they've conceived.straight away or within a few months and.the advice from the medical bodies seem.to be conceiving within six months of a.miscarriage actually seems to be a more.positive thing if you're ready.physically emotionally so mmm this has.been really quite difficult to share but.I feel like it's important for people to.share because everyone I speak to knows.someone or has themselves experienced a.miscarriage it's an awful thing to go.through and I think the more we can talk.openly about it the easier it will be.for women to understand what's going on.to understand why it happens and just to.feel supported and that they're not.alone so um I wish you all the best.I'm sorry that you're going through this.let's keep our fingers crossed for.rainbow babies all around and please do.feel free to ask me any questions I will.try and answer as quickly as I can or to.leave any comments down below.take care lots of love.[Music].

What happens to all of the paper forms you fill out for immigration and customs?

Years ago I worked at document management company. There is cool software that can automate aspects of hand-written forms. We had an airport as a customer - they scanned plenty and (as I said before) this was several years ago... On your airport customs forms, the "boxes" that you 'need' to write on - are basically invisible to the scanner - but are used because then us humans will tend to write neater and clearer which make sit easier to recognize with a computer. Any characters with less than X% accuracy based on a recognition engine are flagged and shown as an image zoomed into the particular character so a human operator can then say "that is an "A". This way, you can rapidly go through most forms and output it to say - an SQL database, complete with link to original image of the form you filled in. If you see "black boxes" at three corners of the document - it is likely set up for scanning (they help to identify and orient the page digitally). If there is a unique barcode on the document somewhere I would theorize there is an even higher likelihood of it being scanned - the document is of enough value to be printed individually which costs more, which means it is likely going to be used on the capture side. (I've noticed in the past in Bahamas and some other Caribbean islands they use these sorts of capture mechanisms, but they have far fewer people entering than the US does everyday) The real answer is: it depends. Depending on each country and its policies and procedures. Generally I would be surprised if they scanned and held onto the paper. In the US, they proably file those for a set period of time then destroy them, perhaps mining them for some data about travellers. In the end, I suspect the "paper-to-data capture" likelihood of customs forms ranges somewhere on a spectrum like this: Third world Customs Guy has paper to show he did his job, paper gets thrown out at end of shift. ------> We keep all the papers! everything is scanned as you pass by customs and unique barcodes identify which flight/gate/area the form was handed out at, so we co-ordinate with cameras in the airport and have captured your image. We also know exactly how much vodka you brought into the country. :)

How can I get a lot of people to fill out my Google form survey for a research paper?

Google Forms offer a simple way to collect leads on your site or social media pages, but they can be ineffective in many situations. How can I fill out Google's intern host matching form to optimize my chances of receiving a match?

I was selected for a summer internship 2016. I tried to be very open while filling the preference form: I choose many products as my favorite products and I said I'm open about the team I want to join. I even was very open in the location and start date to get host matching interviews (I negotiated the start date in the interview until both me and my host were happy.) You could ask your recruiter to review your form (there are very cool and could help you a lot since they have a bigger experience). Do a search on the potential team. Before the interviews, try to find smart question that you are Continue Reading

Do military members have to pay any fee for leave or fiancee forms?

First off there are no fees for leaves or requests for leave in any branch of the United States military. Second there is no such thing as a fiancée form in the U.S. military. However these fiancée visas are for foreigners wishing to enter the United States for the purpose of marriage and are valid for 90 days. They have nothing to do with the military and are Continue Reading

Do I need to see a doctor after an early miscarriage?

About 15 years ago, I had agreed to take provide daycare for my nephew’s infant some for the first year. This was normally no problem. I was living with my dad at the time also providing care as needed for him. Part of the latter was going to all of dad’s doctor’s appointments with him. And the little guy would just go along. No big deal. Until that day. Dad had a doctor’s appointment and the doc, who was normally fairly punctual, was running late. Finally, we got back to the consultation / exam room. More waiting. The baby was getting whiny. I could tell his diapers needed changing, but was r Continue Reading
