ahead and select the.word an LLC and that we are you'll just.say that were a partnership align for.our 2 options to put an exempt payee.code or an exemption from FATCA.reporting code and most of the time.companies leave these blank or.individuals leave these blank this is it.that says that your exempt from backup.withholding so if you read this section.down here on backup of holding and feel.that your exempt from it.then select the number that relates to.you and put that number in the Box a.little further down here if you feel.like you are exempt from facto.withholding sorry from fack up
