Depending on the benefit  being claimed, sometimes there are additional  questions such as "do you have a prescription to submit?" or "were taxes charged?" if you're not  sure on how to answer, hover over the tooltip with  your mouse for helpful tips. Finally, fill in the  remaining details about the claim, such as the  date of service or purchase and total charge  for each service or item. Again, depending on  the benefit being claimed, there may be additional  questions such as length of treatment or quantity.Once you've entered all the information,  click "Submit." You'll then be taken to a  claim submission confirmation page. Verify  that you have entered everything correctly  and when you're ready, click "Submit."
