your.situation in terms of you know what your.what your reasons are you can see how we.have rewarded it and if you look at here.you can see all sorts of different.reasons reduced income unable the sell.it's an investment property this one is.Wells Fargo you know this is a first.mortgage reduced income had to move.investment property while Cova.a first mortgage medical disability it's.the primary residence and the lender is.kbank and on this one it's the first.mortgage the person had divorce and.there were sudden unexpected expenses.and medical expenses and it's a primary.home so also you can expand this somehow.it's kind of a trick to figure out the.right okay so I can expand this and make.this bigger in which case then I can see.more more of the information and.navigate more easily so again on this.last one I looked at it was a first.divorce sudden unexpected expenses and.medical expenses primary residence and.the lender is GMAC so in each one of.these sections you will see all sorts.you can expand it and look at the.different types of letters in those.sections and again remember these are.all real letters that were actually.really submitted and if you and
