Discover How to Fill Out the Asylum Officer Training Course

hey everybody thanks for coming to hang.out on my channel today and I wanted to.do it with something a little bit.different than what I usually normally.do usually I'm doing like fashion makeup.you know chitchat whatever type of.videos you know maybe talking about some.products or supplements what-have-you.but today I wanted to talk about.immigration so I know that this is like.a really hot topic right now for a lot.of people you know some people are.swayed one way or the other I'm not here.to talk about my opinion of the.situation at all because everybody has.their own opinion and at the end of the.day you're gonna believe what you want.to believe so with that being said I do.want to talk about my experience with.working with ice so I did work with ice.for quite a few years a good three years.of my life I worked with them I was.actually a contractor I was not an.actual government employee and I wanted.to just talk about my experience working.there with you know so-called quote.unquote illegal immigrants illegal.aliens however you want to classify them.and my you know just how everything went.for me while I was employed with them so.I was a contractor I'm not going to give.away the name of the contractor group.that I was with but I did work in a.program called I SAP and what I sep was.was an alternative to detention for.people that have either committed crimes.and they were illegal and/or they were.going through court processes so just in.general you know I never saw any type of.mistreatment of any of the people that.were being brought in a lot of times it.ended up being people that were brought.in from prostitution rings brought in.from DUIs brought in from petty thefts.some people were actually brought from.other countries and they were here is.like a safe haven thing so for example.there were some guys in the program that.actually had committed kind of.terroristic violent acts in their.countries and were banned and their.couple and/or their countries were.looking for them so they were like.saving themselves here you know that's.Haven type of thing so essentially like.everybody on this program had to be.monitored and there was multiple.different ways to monitor people at one.point we had telephonic reporting we did.have you know the classic ankle bracelet.that you probably seen on social media.and we did also do home visits there was.a lot of stuff that happened to me while.I was actually working there I was gonna.say that for another video just because.this one would become too long and crazy.and not enough time in the day to talk.about all the other activities that took.place but I could do another video of.that if anybody is interested in hearing.some of the other more in detailed.stories of the individuals that I came.in contact while I was working there so.basically what I had to do was put.everybody on a lot of electronic.monitoring just to make sure that they.would play out their immigration court.case and I also had to do a lot of home.visits so the home visits were kind of.scary because it was me rolling up to a.house with maybe five or six men.sometimes and I would have to scan all.of their IDs make sure they are where.they're living and that they're not.trying to essentially escape or get out.of the court system but in my opinion it.wasn't anything barbaric they weren't.being held in any type of strange.situations I know that border kind of.control is different from the rule that.I played but it was definitely the same.type of detention role and you know it.was very easy for them a lot of times.they just had a call in what would.happen is this machine will call their.house they would pick up the phone and.they would go through like a series of.questions to make sure that sure they.were actually at home doing what they.said they were supposed to be doing same.thing with the GPS now the GPS did.monitor them 24/7 so we could see at any.given point in time where the person was.there were some occasions where people.would get extremely upset about the.monitoring there'd be some occasions.where people will cut them off but again.those are for a different video if.you're interested um outside of that we.did it again like I said do home visits.so it was a pretty intense program.people also had to come into the office.they had a depend it would depend on how.deep they were in their court case or.depend on what type of you know crime.they committed sometimes they'd have to.come into the office once every week.sometimes they'd have to come into the.office once every two weeks once some of.them had like once a month it all.depended it was all against the severity.of your case and with these cases we.would ask like a ton of different.questions and then ice would set up you.know the scheduling of how often the.person was seen for a home visit how.often the person had to come to the.office alternative to detention like.electronic monitoring or the child panic.reporting so all of that was determined.you know by on a case-by-case basis but.by no means that I ever see anybody.being treated poorly did everybody as we.would want to be treated.I know personally I treated everyone.with respect everybody loved coming to.see me because I was fluent in Spanish.so for a lot of people I was more easily.understood than speaking to maybe some.of the you know English only speaking.caseworkers so it was a good experience.for me it became too much because I did.get pregnant and I was doing home visits.and it was just too taxing on me and.there was a couple of incidents where I.was visiting people that were known.terrorists and it got really deep and I.just kind of had my fill of that.lifestyle and it wasn't like I was a cop.I didn't have any type of gun on me all.I had was I think I was allowed to carry.pepper spray and I had like one.self-defense class so it wasn't like you.know I was out there Chumlee kicking ass.and what have you in regards to somebody.if they were to attack me or whatever so.it's not the most you know non dangerous.job it can be a pretty dangerous job and.again I could talk about other things.that had happened to me there was other.situations that I was in that were.extremely kind of volatile dangerous.uncomfortable but yeah I'd have to say.from the perspective that I that I've.been involved with with ice it wasn't a.negative one it was something that they.were just you know abiding by the law.but I know.a whole bunch of different stuff going.on right now it's like you know.considered a crisis or what have you.figured I'd impart some of my knowledge.on what I had worked with in that in the.past and you know maybe divulge a couple.more stories just because it has been so.many years since I worked there but yeah.I just figured I share my story today.and um I think that's it for this video.I don't want to make it extensively long.but I hope everybody enjoyed let me know.in the comments below if you would want.to hear me talk more about these type of.topics I'm trying to keep it a little.bit more formal to be able to deliver my.point across correctly as opposed to.like my goofy try yawns and makeups and.whatever you know other videos I'm doing.so yeah I hope everybody enjoy this.video and until the next one guys bye.

How do I store form values to a JSON file after filling the HTML form and submitting it using Node.js?

My counter question would be, why do you want to save it to a file? If you just needed it saved, you can store it in localstorage which exists within your browser. To write to an external file requires APIs for file writing which is usually done on the server side due to security concerns.

Do ice carry guns?

Yes they do. They are Federally trained and registered officers. ICE officers have to deal with many dangerous people, so they have to be able to protect themselves.

If you are in Australia then read this article. Asylum seeker processing wait time blows out to two years There are a lot of bullshit applications that are holding up the process. Seems Malaysians can come to Australia on a online visa for $20 and they clain asylum.

Which forms do I fill out for taxes in California? I have a DBA/sole proprietorship company with less than $1000 in profit. How many forms do I fill out? This is really overwhelming. Do I need to fill the Form 1040-ES? Did the deadline pass?

For a Sole Proprietorship, complete a Schedule C to the US Federal Form 1040. Close the books on December 31, 2018 for the business year 2018. Since it is a part of the Form 1040 report, the deadline for filing is April 15th.

I have a class lesson assessment form that I need to have filled out for 75 lessons. The form will be exactly the same except for the course number. How would you do this?

Another way would be to use the option of getting pre-filled answers with the course numbers entered. A custom URL is created and the form would collect the answers for all of the courses in the same spreadsheet. Not sure if that creates another problem for you, but you could sort OR filter the sheet once all the forms had been submitted. This is what the URL would look like for a Text Box https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Ia6-paRijdUOn8U2L2H0bF1yujktcqgDsdBJQy2yO30/viewform?entry.14965048=COURSE+NUMBER+75 The nice thing about this is you can just change the part of the URL that Contains "COURSE+NUMBER+75" to a different number...SO for course number 1 it would be https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Ia6-paRijdUOn8U2L2H0bF1yujktcqgDsdBJQy2yO30/viewform?entry.14965048=COURSE+NUMBER+1 This is what the URL would look like for a Text Box radio button, same concept. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Ia6-paRijdUOn8U2L2H0bF1yujktcqgDsdBJQy2yO30/viewform?entry.14965048&entry.1934317001=Option+1 OR https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Ia6-paRijdUOn8U2L2H0bF1yujktcqgDsdBJQy2yO30/viewform?entry.14965048&entry.1934317001=Option+6 The Google Doc would look like this Quora pre-filled form I'm not sure if this helps at all or makes too complicated and prone to mistakes.

If a foreign citizen lives in the US on a working visa for more than a year, then what is his status? What tax form will such a person fill out when filing for taxes at the end of the tax year? Is the 1040NR the form to fill out?

In most situations, a person who is physically present in the United States for at least 183 days out of any calendar year is a US resident for tax purposes and must file Form 1040 as a tax resident. There are exceptions to this general rule, but none of them apply to people who are present in the United States in H-1B (guest worker) status. Furthermore, H-1B workers are categorically resident aliens for tax purposes and must pay taxes on the income they earn while in H-1B status as a resident alien in every year in which they earn more than the personal exemption limit. This includes both the first year and last year, even if the first or last year contains less than 183 days of residence in the United States. The short years may result in a filing as a “dual-status” alien. An H-1B worker will therefore only file Form 1040NR as his or her primary tax return in the tax year in which he or she leaves the United States permanently, and all US-connected income during that year will be taxed as if the taxpayer was a US resident, under the dual-status rules. All other tax returns during that person’s residence in the United States will be on Form 1040. The first year’s return may be under dual-status rules, with a Form 1040NR attached as a “dual status statement” as per the procedure in Chapter 6 of Publication 519 (2016), U.S. Tax Guide for Aliens . A person who resides the entire year in the United States in H-1B status may not use Form 1040NR, and is required to pay US income tax on his or her worldwide income, excepting only that income which is subject to protection under a tax treaty. See Publication 519 (2016), U.S. Tax Guide for Aliens for more information. The use of a tax professional, especially in the first and last year of H-1B status, is highly recommended as completing a dual-status return correctly is exceedingly challenging.

When is it mandatory to fill out a personal financial statement for one's bank? The form states no deadline about when it must be returned.

The only time I know that financial statements are asked for is when one applies for a business or personal loan, or applying for a mortgage. Each bank or credit union can have their own document requirements, however for each transaction. It really is at their discretion.
